The Dignity of ADA Effective Communication is Justice

I’m excited to announce that I had the privilege of canceling a national speaking event due to the necessity for me to take a stand and protect and promote “The Dignity of the ADA Effective Communication is Justice”. I am now able to host a FREE 2-Hour LIVE Webinar via Zoom on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm (EDT) through Project GIANNA™ in association with Forgiveness Therapy Academy™.

The Dignity of ADA Effective Communication is Justice

May be one of the most important part of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended. Even Congress didn’t effectively communicate the definition of disability, the first time.

I will explain the basics of the ADA for people who do not have any prior knowledge of the ADA, including the definition of disability, as well as provide an intermediate explanation about the application of effective communication as it is intended to be applied, how it is not, and how we can do better.

Even the so-called experts often “miss the mark” as it relates to the definition of disability and the application of effective communication in a variety of settings including with law enforcement, healthcare (including mental health), employment, businesses, and more. The Courts and the DOJ are catching up with what the spirit of the law was intended to be, all along. But it really comes down to some very basic principles and it doesn’t have to be that hard.

I’ll do my best to try to be sure that the webinar isn’t just a bunch of words and facts on slides that are really just a reflection of my insecurities. Smile. Hope I didn’t offend anyone. Wink. Actually, I hope I do offend you…in a good way! I hope that you will learn something and that you will develop a desire to change for the good by participating in a webinar that focuses on true stories. For those who want to read the law or learn more about language and healing what obstructs you from effectively communicating, you’ll get that too!

Join me to learn about how language is symbolic and effective communication is required by law before the lack is denied to you or someone you love! Registration is now closed.
