Scheduling a Consultation

To schedule a consultation, contact me by phone or email and we can arrange a day and time for the first session. For the first session, I will provide you a telephone number for you to call; you will initiate all calls to me at that scheduled time.

Routine on-site services are available in Flagstaff, AZ and in other areas when travel permits. You will be expected to make payment at the time of scheduling your first appointment in order to reserve your appointment.

My schedule does not allow for crisis counseling.

Cost, Length, & Frequency of Sessions

My fee is $150 per hour during the daytime and $175 per hour during the evening and for on-site services regardless of the time of day. Evening begins at 6:00pm in Arizona. Please contact me for a full fee schedule for standard of care and expert fees. Workshops for professionals, public speaking, and requests to write are contracts that are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Sessions are usually an hour, but they can be any length. Rates are prorated for consultations that are scheduled for less than or greater than an hour and for sessions that go over the time that we are scheduled (with rounding to the next highest $5) and a minimum fee of $40.

Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or only as needed.
